What to expect for your first appointment?

Please arrive 5 minutes early to ensure that all necessary paperwork is filled out. Wear non-restrictive clothing that you are able to comfortably move in and that exposes the injured area appropriately. Please bring your extended health information or ICBC claim number if you are wanting to take advantage direct billing.

What is our cancellation policy?

We require 24 hours notice for any cancellation or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, may be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to the total of the treatment booked.
