Danielle is a Pregnancy & Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist (PCES). Her goal is to offer training and rehabilitation for pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and pelvic floor health.  She offers specialized corrective movement, strength and wellness programming centred on the core-pelvic-floor system allowing you to recover, restore, and excel whether your goal is healing, returning to performance, or optimizing everyday movement.  Helping catch any red flags early.

Her sessions include:

  • Comprehensive assessments of core, pelvic floor, breathing mechanics, posture and alignment — helping identify root causes of issues such as diastasis recti, pelvic organ prolapse, leaking (urinary stress/incontinence), SI-joint pain and low back pain. 

  • Develop safe and effective exercise programs specifically tailored for every stage: during pregnancy (all trimesters) and postpartum recovery (including C-section clients). 

  • Utilize corrective exercise strategies that progress clients from foundational movement, core and pelvic floor restoration into higher-intensity training—ensuring safe scaling and rebuilding of strength, mobility and function.

  • Serve mommas of varying backgrounds: women in prenatal or postpartum phases, those many years postpartum still experiencing pelvic/core dysfunction, and women seeking functional strength and mobility with pelvic-floor awareness. 

  • Know when and how to refer clients for maximum recovery

    We are unable to direct bill for Personal Training Services but can offer a detailed receipt to self submit.
