Submitting to extended benefits plans is a courtesy. If the insurer portal is down or the benefits do not go through, it is your responsibility to pay for the services you have received and know what you are covered for under your plan

Services such as Athletic Therapy, Counselling, and Nutrition Coaching may not be included in your plan or direct-billable.

We are NOT accepting WCB patients

All outstanding fees are required to be paid in full prior to departure. Failure to do so will be treated as theft of services and will not be tolerated.
